Hiring of Employee Verification Agency for Educational and Experience Verification

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites electronic bids from eligible and experienced firms for the hiring of an Employee Verification Agency specializing in educational and experience/employment verification services. The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage - One Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Items being procured: - Hiring of Employee Verification Agency for educational and experience/employment verification The scope includes thorough verification of educational credentials and employment history of employees as required by PLIC. The agency must have proven experience in conducting such verifications with accuracy and confidentiality. Bidders must comply with all regulatory requirements and provide a performance guarantee of 1% of the contract value. Interested firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bid security of Rs. 10,000/- is required. The bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 16 November 2026 before 12:00 PM. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 12:30 PM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Tender documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA Punjab website. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
