Procurement of EBV & BKV (Urine) PCR Testing Services on a Reagent Rental Basis at Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center Lahore invites E-Bids from Original Manufacturers, Sole Distributors of Foreign Principals, or Authorized Distributors registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for the procurement of EBV & BKV (Urine) PCR Testing Services on a reagent rental basis. Items being procured: - EBV PCR Testing Services - BKV PCR Testing Services The procurement is based on reagent rental, indicating that reagents will be supplied on a rental basis for the PCR testing of urine samples for EBV and BKV viruses. The scope includes provision of reagents and related testing services at the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center located in Lahore. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with income tax and sales tax registration requirements. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 123,639 must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies of bids or bid securities are not acceptable. The bidding documents can be obtained free of cost from the PKLI website and Punjab e-Procurement portals. The bids must be submitted online on or before the closing date of 19-11-2026 at 15:00 hours. The technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 15:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 04-11-2026 at 11:30 AM in the conference room of the supply chain department of Tower-A. Bid validity is 180 days from the date of bid opening. In case the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. PKLI will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by bidders for preparation or submission of bids.
