Arrangement of Tourism and Cultural Festivals of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture & Tourism Authority invites reputed local and national firms, companies, and event management service providers to submit sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the arrangement of Tourism and Cultural Festivals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the financial year 2026-27. The festivals include: - KP Pavilion at Lok Virsa, Islamabad - Jashn-e-Khyber - Spirit of Swat This procurement covers comprehensive event management services for these key cultural and tourism events, requiring experienced firms with at least three years of relevant experience. Bidders must be registered with legal and recognized professional bodies including FBR (NTN & KPRA/STRN Certificate), and companies must hold an active SECP certificate and be on the active taxpayer list. Bidding will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelopes procedure as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS platform by the deadline of 6th November 2026 at 11:00 am. No hard copies of bidding documents are required. Technical bids will be opened/downloaded on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be accepted. A bid security of 2% of the quoted amount in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory for each festival, payable to the KPK Culture & Tourism Authority Fund Account. The original CDR must be submitted in hard copy to the KPCTA office and uploaded on EPADS before or by the bid submission deadline. A non-refundable bid processing fee of Rs. 2,000/- must also be deposited into the same fund account and the receipt submitted with the bid. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28th October 2026 at 11:00 am in the conference hall of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority. Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper attested by a notary public affirming the correctness of the information provided in the bidding documents. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
