Procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for Lok Mela 2026 at Lok Virsa Heritage Museum Islamabad

The National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa) (Autonomous) Islamabad invites bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for the upcoming Lok Mela 2026 event scheduled to commence on November 27, 2026. Items being procured include: - Lot 1: Construction/Erection of Commercial stalls including Gazebo Stall (8'×8'), Wooden Stall (6'×6'), Shell Scheme Stall, Shamiana Stall for 10 days - Lot 2: Electrification, Illumination and General lighting such as supply and installation of LED bulbs (12W, 18W), LED towers, LED lights (50W to 200W), Nawaar Patti installation, cables, 200 kVA generator with operator, SMD lights, main switches, display boards, extension leads, fairy lights, garden lights, labor transportation and installation charges - Lot 3: Hiring of Tentage Items including foam chairs, chair covers, tables, table covers, shamiana, kannat, sofas (steel, 1 seater and lobby sets), carpets, canopies, stage tables - Lot 4: Printing and Designing services including invitation cards, brochures, mela entry tickets, ID cards, card jackets, certificates, shields, buntings, panaflex and vinyl printing, frames, streamers, canvas cloth, entry gates, panda standees, sublimation mugs, water bottles, cloth and paper bags, CNC wooden cutouts - Lot 5: Hiring of Outdoor SMD screens of various sizes - Lot 6: Hiring of Sound System including stage monitors, complete line array speaker system with operator, SP4 speakers, 16 channel mixer with operator, cordless and wired mics with cables, mic stands, rechargeable speakers, drum kit - Lot 7: Hiring of Stage Lights including moving heads with DMX controller and operator, LED RGB lights with DMX controller and operator, blinder face lights, decorative stage laser lights with operator, trussing for mounting lights, T-stands The technical scope requires all materials and services to be of good quality, compliant with specifications such as weather resistance, proper installation, and safety standards. The stalls and tentage must be stable and presentable throughout the event duration. Electrical installations must include labor, transportation, and installation charges with all applicable taxes included. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on EPADS v2.0, possess relevant experience of at least three years, be active taxpayers with FBR registration, and not be blacklisted. Bid security is required as per lot specifications, and bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
