The work is to be executed in Hyderabad and Karachi primarily, with other locations in Sindh. Eligible bidders must be registered companies with valid NTN, FBR, and Sindh Revenue Board registration. They must have at least 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 purchase orders and completed work of at least PKR 3 million with government or semi-government bodies. Average annual turnover for the last 3-5 years should not be less than PKR 10 million. Bid security of 3% of total bid value and tender fee of PKR 2000 are mandatory. The tender documents are available on SPPRA E-PADS portal and bids must be submitted electronically by 27th July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes at the Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh office, Hyderabad. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security and tender fee are properly submitted and your bid form is completely and clearly filled to avoid disqualification. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected outright.
