Pre Qualification of Service Providers for Fiscal Year 2026-27 by Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi

The Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi (ACPKHI) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and reputable firms for pre-qualification as service providers for the fiscal year 2026-27. This opportunity is specifically for service providers in a wide range of categories to support the Council's diverse event and operational needs in Karachi. Items being procured: - Sound System - Stage Lighting (special and general) - LED / SMD Screens & Digital Displays - Stage, Trussing & Rigging - O.B Van, Cameras, Photography, Videography & Live Streaming - Decoration & Event Setup - Power: Generators & Electrical Distribution - Security Services (guards, bouncers, walkthrough gates) - Barricades & Crowd Control - Valet & Parking Management - Transport / Rent-a-Car - Travel Agent (Airline / Railway Ticketing) - Hotel & Accommodation - Catering & Food Stalls - Fireworks & Pyrotechnics - Printing, Branding & Signage - Promotional Merchandise & Giveaways (mugs, tote bags, shields, souvenirs) - Housekeeping, Janitorial & Waste Management The scope covers a comprehensive range of event-related services including technical equipment, security, transport, accommodation, catering, and promotional activities. Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, valid registrations including NTN, FBR, and SRB (Sindh sales tax on services), and submit an affidavit confirming no blacklisting or litigation involvement. Applications must include a company profile, registrations, experience details for the last three years, and an affidavit on stamp paper. Separate EOIs are required for each category applied for. Pre-qualified firms will be invited to bid for annual rate contracts in their respective categories. The submission deadline is Friday, 2 October 2026, by 5:00 pm. EOIs must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the relevant category to the Procurement Office, Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, M.R. Kiyani Road, Karachi, during office hours (12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday). Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
