Hiring Services of HR Firm for Provision of Drivers with HTV License for Trucks at PESSI Head Office Lahore

The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) invites bids through E-Procurement from eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors, or general order service providers registered with E-Procurement and PPRA. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax for the provision of drivers with HTV license for trucks at PESSI Head Office, Lahore. Items being procured: - Provision of drivers with HTV license for trucks at PESSI Head Office Lahore The scope involves hiring an HR firm to supply qualified drivers holding valid HTV licenses to operate trucks at the PESSI Head Office site. Firms blacklisted by PPRA and PESSI are not eligible to participate. Interested firms can download the e-bidding documents along with detailed specifications and instructions from the date of publication via the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, Punjab E-Procurement System https://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and PESSI website www.pessi.gov.pk. Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Firms must submit a 2% bid security of the estimated price amounting to Rs.9.0 million electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement System in favor of the Government of Punjab through BOP, as specified by PPRA, on or before the closing date and time. Bids must be uploaded with readable scanned copies of bid security in compliance with PPRA instructions by 08.10.2026 till 02:00 P.M. The bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 P.M. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) read with E-Procurement regulations. The tender may be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
