The contractor must ensure quality materials and workmanship suitable for a large-scale public event. The contract duration is 90 days from the written order to commence. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration where applicable, Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN certificate, and proven experience with at least two similar assignments of minimum 50% project cost or one assignment of 80% project cost in the last five years. Financial statements showing turnover not less than the project cost are also required. Bids must be submitted online by 31-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the office of the Director Information, TMC Lyari, Karachi. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- and a bid security of Rs. 150,000/- (5% of estimated cost) are mandatory.
