Assembling, Excavation, Erection and Related Works for Steel Structures for Village Electrification by Gujranwala Electric Power Company

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites sealed tenders from prequalified and registered contractors for comprehensive works involving assembling, excavation, erection, making concrete foundations, curing, back filling, and complete earthing for 31, 36, 45, and 58 feet long steel structures. Items being procured: - Excavation, making concrete foundation, curing & back filling of HT Steel Structures 58 feet long - Assembling and erection of HT Steel Structures 58 feet long - Excavation, making concrete foundation, curing & back filling of HT Steel Structures 45 feet long - Assembling and erection of HT Steel Structures 45 feet long - Excavation, making concrete foundation, curing & back filling of HT Steel Structures 36 feet long - Assembling and erection of HT Steel Structures 36 feet long - Excavation, making concrete foundation, curing & back filling of LT Steel Structures 31 feet long - Erection of LT Steel Structures 31 feet long - Earthing of HT/LT Steel Structures 58, 45, 36 and 31 feet as per latest GEPCO/WAPDA SOP/Standard Design All works will be executed strictly as per GEPCO/WAPDA latest standard designs, specifications, and instructions. Materials will be provided by the employer except HT/LT P.C Spun Hollow Poles which contractors must collect from designated plants. Valid PEC registration in categories E04 and E05, FBR registration, satisfactory performance certificates, and bid security of Rs. 400,000/- are mandatory. Tender submission and opening will be conducted via EPAD V-2.0 portal with deadlines strictly enforced. The contract includes detailed conditions covering performance security, inspection, insurance, labor regulations, and dispute resolution. The contract price is Rs. 20.00 Million with a 10% performance security requirement. Completion timelines and liquidated damages are specified in the tender documents.
