AUCTION: Annual Collection Rights of Adda Fee for Municipal Committee Chichawatni 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Chichawatni invites sealed bids for the annual auction of adda fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 16-09-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Chichawatni. Interested parties, contractors, and eligible individuals are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the right to collect adda fees from specified locations under the jurisdiction of the committee. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens, and no individual or entity currently in default with the Municipal Committee or involved in litigation with the committee will be allowed to participate. Items being auctioned: - Churasta Adda (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,58,570, Annual Value: Rs. 2,58,570, Auction Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027) - Sadar Adda (Reserve Price: Rs. 25,650, Annual Value: Rs. 2,56,500, Auction Period: 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027) The successful bidder will be required to deposit the full bid amount as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee. Earnest money and other relevant documents must be submitted at the time of auction. The committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For eligibility, bidders must not be blacklisted and must provide valid CNIC and proof of financial capability. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee officials, and the highest bid will be considered for award, subject to approval. Bidders are advised to visit the respective adda sites before the auction date to assess the potential revenue and operational requirements.
