AUCTION: Dead Wood Logs at University of the Punjab Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The University of the Punjab, Quaid-e-Azam Campus Lahore, invites sealed bids from interested parties for the auction of dead wood logs on an 'As is where is basis'. Items being auctioned: - Dead Wood Logs Bidders are advised to submit their bids on the prescribed tender form, which can be obtained from Room No.136-A, Accounts Department, 1st Floor, Admin Block, Quaid-e-Azam Campus, University of the Punjab. A bid security of Rs. 250,000/- in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Pay Order in the name of the Treasurer, University of the Punjab, is required along with a Rs. 500/- tender fee. The University reserves the right to opt for an open auction. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on 06.10.2026 at the above address. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bidders should ensure timely submission and proper documentation to avoid disqualification.
