AUCTION: Advertisement Rights of Digital Advertisement Media at Pine Avenue Road Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites reputed registered advertising firms of HAL and national/multinational companies registered with the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan/Registrar of Firms to participate in the e-auction for advertisement rights of digital advertisement media at Pine Avenue Road Lahore. The auction includes LED streamers and LED screens at prime locations. Items being auctioned: - LED Streamers of size 6x3 (each) at BOP Chowk to Shanu Baba Chowk (72 poles) with reserve price Rs. 10.67 Million per pole per annum and bid security Rs. 534,000 - LED Streamers of size 6x3 (each) at Shanubaba Chowk to Nusrat Hospital (34 poles) with reserve price Rs. 10.67 Million per pole per annum and bid security Rs. 534,000 - LED Screens of size 15x30 at Lake City Roundabout Tri-angle FTCE Chattri Chowk with reserve price Rs. 4.5 Million per pole per annum and bid security Rs. 225,000 - LED Screens of size 15x30 at Lake City Roundabout Tri-angle FTGT Chattri Chowk with reserve price Rs. 4.5 Million per pole per annum and bid security Rs. 225,000 The successful bidder will bear the cost of installation and operate the media for commercial advertisements. Only firms with valid registration with Horticulture Agency Lahore and SECP/Registrar of Firms are eligible. Multinational companies must ensure that only company-owned products are displayed with no other commercial messages. Bidders must submit their online request for participation along with online deposit of bid security at least 5 days before the auction date. The e-auction will be held on 25.11.2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM via the e-auction portal https://phaeauction.punjab.gov.pk/login. Registration for e-auction is available through eBr Punjab Portal until 20.11.2026. The agency reserves the right to reject any bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
