AUCTION: Air Conditioners and Miscellaneous Scrap Items by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is offering an auction of items located in Lahore. The auction includes the sale of air conditioners and miscellaneous scrap items. Interested bidders can inspect the items from 3rd September 2026 to 5th September 2026 during office hours from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM at house # B-1, Habib road Lahore Cantt. The auction will be conducted on 7th September 2026 on an as-is and where-is basis via the e-procurement system (EPADS). All participants must deposit a security amount of Rs. 20,000 in cash before the auction starts between 09:00 hrs to 10:15 hrs. The amount must be deposited within five working days positively, failing which the security will be forfeited in favor of PTA and the participant will be declared cancelled. Security deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after the completion of the auction of all lots. Refund requests will not be entertained until the auction process is fully completed. The PTA reserves the right to accept or reject any part or the whole of the auction.
