Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Cantonment Board Faisal announces an auction for the petrol pump site located at main Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi on a premium (non-refundable) and rent basis. The auction will be held on 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Cantt Board office Faisal, with rescheduling options on 22-10-2026 and 23-10-2026 at the same time if needed.
Items being auctioned:
- Petrol pump site at main Shahrah-e-Faisal Karachi
The reserve price for the petrol pump site will be announced at the spot. Bidders must submit a Pay Order of Rs. 10.00 Million as security in favor of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Faisal Cantt before the auction. The first and second highest bidders' Pay Orders will be retained. Failure to fulfill terms will result in forfeiture and re-auctioning. Original CNIC and contact number must be presented before auction proceedings.
The successful bidder must pay 25% of the bid value on the spot, with the remaining 75% due within 30 days of Board approval. Income tax and other government/Cantt Board charges apply as per prevailing rates. Rent is fixed at Rs. 40/- per sq. ft with premium price announced at the spot. The tenancy period is 10 years, renewable twice, with rights transferable subject to Board approval. Tenancy agreements must be registered under the Registration Act, 1908.
The tenant is responsible for utilities, building plans, repairs, renovations, and security. NOCs from relevant departments are required for petrol pump installation. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject bids and disputes will be arbitrated by the Director ML&C Karachi. Further details and auction notice are available on the PPRA website.
