Cantonment Board Peshawar is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of two prominent properties located at 5-Capt. Abdul Jalil Shaheed Road, Peshawar Cantt. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the lease of the Amusement Park and Food Park for a period of three years, from 01-10-2026 to 30-09-2029. The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions outlined by the board, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate actively.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights of Amusement Park (Reserve Price: Rs. 2 Lakh)
- Lease rights of Food Park (Reserve Price: Rs. 15 Lakh)
Both properties are situated in a prime location within Peshawar Cantt, offering significant commercial potential. The Amusement Park is ideal for recreational ventures, while the Food Park is suitable for food outlets and related businesses. The lease will be awarded to the highest bidder, subject to the approval of the competent authority. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 10 percent of the reserve price in the form of a Pay Order or CDR along with their bid. Only those registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. The successful bidder will be required to pay all applicable taxes and comply with the operational guidelines set by the Cantonment Board.
Sealed bids must be submitted at the office of the Cantonment Board Peshawar by 07-10-2026. The auction will be held on 08-10-2026 at 11:00 AM, and the successful bidder must sign the lease agreement within the stipulated time. For bidders, it is advisable to visit the site beforehand to assess the business potential and clarify any queries with the board office. Timely submission of all required documents and earnest money will ensure your bid is considered valid.
