AUCTION: Lease Rights of Khalid Bin Waleed Park, Chawki Parking for 3 Years

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Peshawar invites open public auction bids for the lease rights of Khalid Bin Waleed Park and Chawki Parking for a period of three years, starting from 01-10-2026 to 30-09-2029. The auction will be held at the office of the Cantonment Board Peshawar. This is a significant opportunity for interested parties to secure the management and revenue rights of these prominent public facilities in Peshawar. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of Khalid Bin Waleed Park (Annual Reserve Price: Rs. 102 Lakh) - Lease rights of Chawki Parking (Annual Reserve Price: Rs. 10 Lakh) The successful bidder will be required to pay the highest bid amount, with the first and second highest bidders present at the time of auction. The successful bidder must deposit 1/4th of the total bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount to be paid as per the schedule outlined in the notice. Verification of CNIC and other credentials is mandatory for all participants. The lease period is strictly for three years, and the lessee will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and revenue collection of the respective sites. Eligibility criteria include submission of earnest money, valid CNIC, and compliance with all terms and conditions set by the Cantonment Board. Bidders must not have any outstanding dues with the Board. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the Board officials, and all participants are advised to thoroughly review the terms, including the requirement for a 10% security deposit and adherence to PPRA rules. Bids must be submitted in person at the Cantonment Board Peshawar office by 11 July 2026.
