Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Anarkali Market Committee Lahore invites bids for the lease rights of various parking stands and a cycle stand for the financial year 2026-27 through an open e-auction process. The auction will be conducted online at https://auctionpamra.punjab.gov.pk, ensuring transparency and accessibility for all interested parties. The auction is scheduled for 28-08-2024 at 12:00 PM, and interested bidders must complete their registration and deposit the required earnest money before participating.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights for Motorcycle and Cycle Stand at Anarkali Market, Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 20,00,000 per annum)
- Lease rights for Motorcycle Stand at New Anarkali, Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,50,000 per annum)
- Lease rights for Cycle Stand at New Anarkali, Lahore (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,50,000 per annum)
Each lot comes with its own reserve price, and the successful bidder will be granted the right to operate the respective parking or cycle stand for the specified period. The technical scope includes the management, operation, and maintenance of the parking/cycle stands as per the terms and conditions set by the Market Committee. Bidders must deposit an earnest money of Rs. 50,000 per lot in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Secretary, Anarkali Market Committee Lahore. Only those registered on the Punjab e-auction portal and who have submitted the earnest money will be eligible to participate.
The deadline for registration and earnest money submission is 31-08-2024, while the e-auction will be held on 28-08-2024. The lease period will run from 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027. Bidders are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions available on the auction portal and ensure all documentation is complete before the deadline.
