Business Opportunity for Establishment and Operations of E-Business Centre at FIAP Faisalabad

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites tenders for a business concession at Faisalabad International Airport (FIAP) on a single stage, two-envelope basis from registered companies, firms, joint ventures, or sole proprietors with relevant experience and sound financial background. The evaluation will weigh 80% on technical criteria. Items being procured: - Establishment and Operations of E-Business Centre in Concourse Hall at FIAP Faisalabad The concession license period is five years with a reserve price of Rs. 35,140 per month. The concession will be awarded for the specified period with a 10% annual cumulative enhancement. Only bids exceeding the reserve price will be entertained. Tender forms can be obtained from the Oi/C Commercial, FIAP Faisalabad office upon written request with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000 via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Technical and financial offers must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes marked accordingly and dropped in the designated box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, FIAP Faisalabad by the deadline. Technical bids will be opened half an hour after the deadline in the presence of bidders. No tender will be sold on the last day. Eligibility requires good reputation, relevant experience, and financial soundness. Advance income tax will be deducted as per law. Defaulters of PAA dues are ineligible.
