AUCTION: Sahulat Bazaar Plaza Lahore Parking License Rights 2026

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Punjab Sahulat Bazaar Authority is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the license rights to collect parking fees at Sahulat Bazaar Plaza, Lahore. The auction will be held on 2 October 2026 at 11:00 AM at the premises of Sahulat Bazaar Plaza. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect parking fees from motorcycles and motorcars for the financial year 2026-27, as per the terms and conditions set by the authority. Items being auctioned: - License for collection of parking fees for motorcycles (single): Parking fee Rs. 20 per vehicle, annual reserve price Rs. 452,500, earnest money Rs. 45,250 - License for collection of parking fees for motorcars: Parking fee Rs. 30 per vehicle, annual reserve price Rs. 452,500, earnest money Rs. 45,250 The technical scope includes management and collection of parking fees from all vehicles entering the Sahulat Bazaar Plaza parking area. The licensee will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, proper ticketing, and compliance with all rules and regulations. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani individuals and firms. Bidders must bring original CNIC, proof of deposit of earnest money (Pay Order or CDR), and must not be blacklisted by any government department. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 1/4th of the annual bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining amount payable as per the schedule. Bids must be submitted in person at the auction venue before the deadline. The last date for submission of earnest money and required documents is 1 October 2026.
