AUCTION: Army Literature Project Lahore Used and Unserviceable Scrap Disposal

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Army Literature Project (Lahore) is inviting interested parties to participate in a public auction for the sale of used and unserviceable scrap items. The auction will be held at the project premises in Lahore, providing an opportunity for scrap dealers and interested buyers to acquire various categories of scrap material generated from the project's operations. Items being auctioned: - Scrap iron (approximately 200 kg) - Scrap plastic drums (various sizes and quantities) - Scrap cardboard and paper - Scrap wooden pallets, empty bottles, and other miscellaneous unserviceable items All scrap lots are available for inspection prior to the auction date. The auction will take place on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Army Literature Project, Plot No. 41, Behria Town, Quaid-e-Azam Interchange, Real Estate Link, Lahore. Interested bidders are required to bring a refundable earnest money deposit of PKR 50,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft to participate in the auction. Successful bidders must deposit the full bid amount immediately after the auction concludes. Participants must ensure they are registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with all local regulations regarding scrap purchase and transport. It is advisable to inspect the lots in advance and clarify any queries with the contact office before the auction date. For a better chance of success, bidders should arrive early to complete registration and review the available lots thoroughly.
