Tender Description
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore is conducting an auction for BER Admin Store Items including furniture and fixtures located at 73-Trade Centre M.A Johar Town Lahore. This auction covers a wide range of items such as air conditioners of various capacities, water dispensers, fans, steel and plastic seating, tables, metal detectors, wooden partitions, safes, and many other office-related equipment and furniture. The auction is intended for bidders who are interested in acquiring these condemned items on an as-is-where-is basis.
The technical scope includes inspection and bidding for items like air conditioners ranging from 1 ton to 4 ton, various types of fans including ceiling and exhaust fans, office chairs and stools, wheelchairs, metal detectors, and other miscellaneous items such as fire extinguishers, vacuum cleaners, and battery types. Bidders must ensure they meet eligibility criteria including valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN certificate, and proof of active taxpayer status. They must also provide a fresh certificate confirming they are not blacklisted and have no history of contract non-performance with NADRA.
The auction process requires submission of bids electronically via EPAD Ver. 2 by 15 June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid security of Rs. 150,000 must be submitted in original to the Admin Branch at NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore before the deadline. The financial bid will be evaluated as a single lot, and the highest eligible bid will be awarded. Successful bidders must deposit 100% of the offered amount within three days of award and lift the items within seven days at their own expense.
