The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites bids for Furniture Works at the Library located at its Main Campus in Karachi. The scope includes supply, installation, and finishing as per approved samples and drawings. Materials include laminated MDF boards, gypsum boards, clear float glass, and approved paints. The work must comply with the specifications and instructions of the architect and IBA authorities. Eligible bidders must have completed at least 5 relevant furniture projects in the last three years with a minimum value of Rs. 3 million each, maintain active tax registration with FBR and SRB, and provide bid security of Rs. 34,833 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Institute of Business Administration. Performance security of 5% of the contract value is required upon award. The tender fee is Rs. 1,000, payable via challan generated from the IBA website and depositable at Meezan Bank branches.
