Bidders must inspect the items at 15-A Abbot Road, Lahore prior to bidding. Eligibility requires submission of valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, CNIC, and proof of active taxpayer status. Bid security of Rs. 60,000/- is mandatory and must be submitted in original form. The bidding process is electronic via the E-PADS portal, with no manual bids accepted.
