Auction of BER Technical Store Items

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore is conducting an auction for BER Technical Store Items located at 73-Trade Centre M.A Johar Town Lahore. The auction covers a total of 584 batteries including dry and liquid types from various brands. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPAD Ver. 2 by the deadline of 18 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore. A bid security of Rs. 38,105 or Rs. 50,000 for NADRA Regional HQ Lahore must accompany the bid in original form. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the total bid amount on the same day and the remaining 75% within 24 working hours. Failure to deposit the amount will result in forfeiture of the bid security. Eligibility criteria include valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN Certificate, proof of active taxpayer status, and a fresh certificate of no blacklisting. Bidders must also submit a copy of their CNIC and NTN. The auctioned items must be removed within 48 hours of full payment at the bidder's own expense. Taxes including 18% sales tax and income tax (10% for filers, 20% for non-filers) are applicable over the bid amount and must be paid by the successful bidder.
