Tender for Two 180-Ton Air-Cooled Electrical Chillers for Expo Centre Karachi on Rental Basis

The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), under the Ministry of Commerce, invites reputable firms to submit sealed bids for the supply and installation of two 180-ton air-cooled electrical chillers at the Karachi Expo Centre on a rental basis. This procurement is for a one-year contract with the possibility of extension for up to two additional years based on satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Two (02) 180-ton air-cooled electrical chillers The scope includes supply and installation at the Expo Centre Karachi. Eligible bidders must hold valid Income Tax and Sales Tax certificates and be listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a). Each bid must include a bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of a pay order in favor of TDAP, Karachi Expo Centre. A tender document fee of Rs. 10,000 must be submitted by pay order in favor of TDAP, Karachi. Bids must be submitted physically to the Office of the Deputy Director Expo, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan, 8th Floor, Block-A, Finance & Trade Centre, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi by 11:00 AM on 14th October 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. This tender is also available on the PPRA and TDAP websites. The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process at any time. Reasons for rejection or annulment will be communicated to the concerned bidders.
