The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Lahore invites sealed bids through an electronic procurement system for the auction of BER Technical Store Items located at 73-Trade Centre M.A Johar Town, Lahore. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPAD Ver. 2 by 28 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM at the NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore. Eligibility criteria include valid Sales Tax Registration, NTN Certificate, active taxpayer status, and no blacklisting history with NADRA. A bid security of Rs 74,740/- must accompany the bid in the form of a CDR or Pay Order payable to NADRA Regional Head Office Lahore. Successful bidders must deposit 100% of the offered amount within 3 days of award and remove the items within 7 days at their own expense. Taxes including 18% sales tax and income tax (10% for filers, 20% for non-filers) are applicable over the bid amount and must be paid by the successful bidder.
