AUCTION: Disposal of Vehicles at COMSATS University Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), located at Park Road, Islamabad, is offering an auction for the disposal of its vehicles on an 'as is and where is' basis. This auction provides a valuable opportunity for interested bidders to acquire vehicles directly from a reputable educational institution in the capital city. Items being auctioned include: - AKJ-45 - Corolla GLI - 2014 (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,200,000) - GAA-803 - Corolla GLI - 2015 (Rs. 2,800,000) - GU-151 - Corolla GLI - 2014 (Rs. 2,900,000) - VX-168 - Corolla GLI - 2012 (Rs. 2,000,000) - PT-843 - Corolla GLI - 2009 (Rs. 2,000,000) - VRJ-1001 - Corolla GLI - 2011 (Rs. 2,200,000) - UK-108 - Cultus - 2016 (Rs. 1,500,000) - GY-276 - Corolla GLI - 2019 (Rs. 3,300,000) - YC-510 - Corolla GLI - 2013 (Rs. 2,200,000) The total reserve price for all vehicles is Rs. 21,100,000 inclusive of 10% government auction tax. Interested bidders are advised to inspect the vehicles physically at CUI Park Road campus from Monday to Thursday between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM until one day before the closing date. Inspection is essential as no information regarding vehicle conditions will be provided over the phone. Bidders must participate via the EPADS Version 2.0 online platform and submit separate Demand Drafts or Pay Orders as bid security for each vehicle in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad. Cash payments are not accepted. The original bid security documents must be physically submitted to the Treasurer Department, 3rd Floor, Faculty Block-2, CUI, Islamabad before the closing date and time. The scanned copies must be uploaded on EPADS. The highest bidder will be required to deposit the full payment within five working days of the auction, with vehicle handover within three working days after payment confirmation. Failure to pay will result in forfeiture of bid security and disqualification from future business with CUI for up to one year. This auction is a transparent and regulated process under PPRA rules, providing a fair chance for all qualified bidders.
