AUCTION: Branded Food Outlet Concession at Level-I Concourse Hall, Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the auction of a branded food outlet concession at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. This opportunity is for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a branded food outlet on a space measuring 356.26 square feet at Level-I Concourse Hall, along with two counters or kiosks, each measuring 50 square feet, one each inside the Domestic and International Departure Satellite of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi. Items being auctioned: - Establish, Operate and Maintain Branded Food Outlet on space measuring 356.26 Square Feet at Level-I Concourse Hall, along with 02-Counter / KIOSK, each measuring 50 Square Feet, 01-each inside Domestic & International Departure Satellite of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP, Karachi (Reserve Price: Rs. 1,200,840 per month; License Period: Five (05) years or till outsourcing of Airport, whichever is earlier) The technical scope includes the setup and operation of a branded food outlet and kiosks in high-traffic passenger areas, ensuring compliance with airport commercial standards and maintaining quality service for both domestic and international travelers. The license period is five years or until the airport is outsourced, whichever comes first. The reserve price for the concession is set at Rs. 1,200,840 per month. Interested parties must purchase tender documents from the Office of Officer In-Charge, Commercial, PAA (Room No.3016-17) at Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi during working hours on working days. The last date to purchase tender documents is 23-11-2026. The non-refundable tender fee is Rs. 5,000. Bids must be submitted in the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035) at Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi by 24-11-2026 at 1500 hrs. The auction will be opened the same day at 1530 hrs at the same venue.
