AUCTION: Municipal Plaza First Floor and Roof Top Shops/Spaces Lease Rights 2026

The Municipal Committee Kot Adu is inviting sealed bids for the open auction of lease rights for various shops and spaces located at the Municipal Plaza First Floor and Roof Top (Hall/Roof Top) in Kot Adu. The auction will be held on 18-11-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Kot Adu. The lease period is from 01-11-2026 to 30-10-2031, with a 10% annual increase in rent. Interested parties must submit their applications along with the required earnest money and documents before the auction date. The successful bidders will be required to comply with all terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee, including payment of monthly rent and adherence to usage regulations. Items being auctioned: - 14 shops, Municipal Plaza (First Floor), current monthly rent PKR 3200, earnest money PKR 10000 - 1 hall, Municipal Plaza (First Floor), current monthly rent PKR 60000, earnest money PKR 200000 - 1 roof top shop + canteen, Municipal Plaza (Roof Top), current monthly rent PKR 20000, earnest money PKR 50000 The technical scope includes the lease of commercial spaces for business activities as per municipal regulations. All Pakistani nationals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities are eligible to participate. Earnest money must be deposited as per the amounts listed above. Bidders are advised to bring original CNIC and proof of deposit on the auction day. The deadline for submission is 18-11-2026 at 11:00 AM at the Municipal Committee Kot Adu office.
