AUCTION: Digital Advertisement Fee Rights for SMD Screens and Hoardings in Balakot

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Municipal Administration Balakot is inviting bids for the auction of digital advertisement fee rights for the financial year 2026-2027. This auction grants the successful bidder the right to collect digital advertisement fees from SMD screens and hoardings within the jurisdiction of Balakot. The auction is being conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Local Government Act 2013 and relevant rules. Interested parties, individuals, institutions, or organizations are encouraged to participate and submit their bids as per the schedule provided. Items being auctioned: - Digital Advertisement Fee Rights for SMD Screens (1 x 15 ft x 15 ft) with a minimum reserve price of PKR 60,000 (annual), PKR 14,000 (half-yearly), PKR 2,000 (monthly) - Digital Advertisement Fee Rights for SMD Screens (1 x 30 ft x 15 ft) with a minimum reserve price of PKR 120,000 (annual), PKR 28,000 (half-yearly), PKR 4,000 (monthly) - Advertisement Fee for Hoardings: PKR 40 per square foot (annual), PKR 20 per square foot (half-yearly), PKR 10 per square foot (quarterly) - Advertisement Fee for SMD: PKR 60 per square foot (annual), PKR 30 per square foot (half-yearly), PKR 15 per square foot (quarterly) The technical scope includes the collection of advertisement fees from digital SMD screens and hoardings as per the specified rates. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection and compliance with all relevant municipal regulations. Bidders must ensure timely submission of objections and applications as per the following schedule: last date for submission of objections is 16-11-2026, final decision on objections by 23-11-2026, and the auction will be held on 30-11-2026. The contract period will commence from 01-07-2027. Eligibility requires interested parties to have relevant experience in fee collection or advertisement management. Earnest money and other terms will be as per TMA Balakot's instructions. Bids must be submitted in person at the TMA Balakot office.
