Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Municipal Committee Tufailwala invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the annual theka (contract) rights for the year 2026-2027. The auction will be held at the MC Tufailwala office on the specified date and time. This auction offers the opportunity to acquire the collection rights for the General Bus Stand and the Canteen located at Park Tufailwala. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing and collecting fees as per the terms of the contract.
Items being auctioned:
- General Bus Stand, Tufailwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 434800, Earnest Money: Rs. 43500, Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027, Auction Date: 28-08-2026, Auction Fee: Rs. 500)
- Canteen at Park Tufailwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 50000, Earnest Money: Rs. 50000, Auction Date: 28-08-2026, Auction Fee: Rs. 500)
The technical scope includes the management and operation of the bus stand and canteen facilities, ensuring compliance with all municipal regulations and maintaining the premises in good condition. Bidders must deposit the specified earnest money (CDR) before participating in the auction. The successful bidder will be required to pay 1/10th of the bid amount on the spot, with the remaining amount payable as per the terms set by MC Tufailwala. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, earnest money in the form of CDR, and compliance with all terms and conditions outlined by the Municipal Committee. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee at the MC Tufailwala office. For further details, interested parties may contact the office during working hours.
