Tehsil Municipal Committee Road Lus Bhakkar invites sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for the General Bus Stand and Parking for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 14-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Administrator, Tehsil Municipal Committee Road Lus Bhakkar. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the lucrative opportunity to collect fees from the designated sites for the specified period.
Items being auctioned:
- General Bus Stand Fee Collection Rights (Bhakkar), reserve price: Rs. 14,363,440, earnest money: Rs. 1,436,344, period: 15-10-2026 to 30-06-2027
- Car/Motorcycle Parking Fee Collection Rights (Bhakkar), reserve price: Rs. 850,000, earnest money: Rs. 85,000, period: 15-10-2026 to 30-06-2027
The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect fees from the bus stand and parking sites as per the terms and conditions set by the committee. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection management, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations, and timely deposit of dues. All participants must submit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a CDR or pay order at the time of auction. No bid will be accepted without the required earnest money. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for approval, subject to the final decision of the competent authority.
Bidders must be registered taxpayers and should not be defaulters of any municipal dues. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms.
