AUCTION: Lease Rights of General Bus Stand Shops and Parking, Muzaffarabad for Financial Year 2026-27

The Serai General Administration and Administration Department, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, invites sealed bids for the lease rights of the General Bus Stand shops and parking in Muzaffarabad for the financial year 2026-27. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the lease for commercial activities at a prime location in Muzaffarabad. The auction will be conducted through a single envelope procedure, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids before the deadline. Items being auctioned: - Station Shops (61 shops) — Lot Number 01 - Parking Stand (28 bays) — Lot Number 02 - Total number of units: 222 The technical scope includes the lease of existing shops and parking bays at the General Bus Stand, Muzaffarabad. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing the leased premises in accordance with the department's terms and conditions. Bidders must ensure compliance with all relevant rules and regulations as outlined by the department. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit an Earnest Money of 100,000 PKR in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with their bid. Only those who have cleared all outstanding dues from previous years will be considered eligible. The auction is open to all interested parties, but preference will be given to those with prior experience in managing similar facilities. Bidders must also be registered with the relevant tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The deadline for submission of sealed bids is 21 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the auction opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
