AUCTION: Annual Theka Rights for Bus Stand and Slaughterhouse Narowal 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Narowal invites sealed bids for the annual auction of theka (lease) rights for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held for two major municipal revenue sites in Narowal city. Items being auctioned: - Bus Stand Contract (annual lease): Reserve price Rs. 12,750,000, Earnest Money Rs. 1,560,000, Auction/Submission Date: 22-09-2026, Contract Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027 - Slaughterhouse Contract (annual lease): Reserve price Rs. 333,500, Earnest Money Rs. 50,000, Auction/Submission Date: 22-09-2026, Contract Period: 01-09-2026 to 30-06-2027 Both contracts are for the collection rights of the respective municipal facilities for the specified period. The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting fees and managing the site as per municipal regulations. Bidders must submit their applications along with the required CDR and supporting documents by the deadline. The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee Narowal on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. In case of any dispute or non-compliance, the committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. All participants must be registered taxpayers and not blacklisted by any government department.
