LEASE: Industrial Plots on 99-Year Lease in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) invites businesses and industrialists to secure long-term industrial land on 99-year leasehold rights across strategically located Economic Zones in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. These zones offer excellent opportunities for growth with access to infrastructure, markets, skilled workforce, and regional trade routes including CPEC connectivity. Priority sectors include Green & Environment-Friendly Industries (low carbon footprint), High-Tech & Innovative Businesses, Healthcare & Allied Industries, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Ventures, and industries leveraging local strengths and resources. Items/plots available for lease: - D I Khan Economic Zone: 5,000,000 PKR per acre, 30% down payment per acre - Bannu Economic Zone (Zone -A): 7,250,000 PKR per acre, 30% down payment per acre - Ghazi Economic Zone: 9,000,000 PKR per acre, 25% down payment per acre - Jalozai Economic Zone: 12,000,000 PKR per acre, 25% down payment per acre - Chitral Economic Zone: 2,200,000 PKR per kanal, 25% down payment per kanal Applicants must submit a fresh online application with a hardcopy duly signed and stamped including terms and conditions and a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 15,000. Project feasibility documents such as a feasibility study or business plan signed by a registered Chartered Accountant or Business Consultant are required. An undertaking on stamp paper attested by a notary public must confirm adherence to KPEZDMC rules and commencement of construction within 6 months of allotment, with business commencement within 3 years. The successful applicant will be required to make lease payments upon issuance of the Letter of Acceptance.
