AUCTION: Lease Rights of 19 Acres Land for Agricultural Use at High Power Transmitter Khairpur for 2 Years

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC), High Power Transmitter (HPT) Khairpur is offering the lease rights for its agricultural land located at the transmitter site. The total area available for lease is 19 acres, comprising Plot No. 06, Khasra No. 108, for a period of two years starting from 30 September 2026 to 30 September 2028. The land is being leased strictly for agricultural purposes under the terms and conditions set by PBC and in accordance with EPAD and PPRA Rules, 2024. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for 19 acres of agricultural land (Plot No. 06, Khasra No. 108) at High Power Transmitter, Khairpur, for a period of 2 years The successful bidder will be entitled to use the land for cultivation and agricultural activities only. Subletting or using the land for any other purpose is strictly prohibited. The minimum reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 5,000 per acre per year. Interested parties must submit their applications along with a pay order of Rs. 5,000 as earnest money in favor of the Deputy Controller, Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, High Power Transmitter, Khairpur. The auction will be held on 24 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the SP Khairpur. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of address.
