Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The office of the Assistant Commissioner Hazro is inviting sealed bids for the auction of theka (contract) for the collection rights of business market fees for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Assistant Commissioner Hazro on 24.08.2026 at 12:00 PM. The successful bidder will be responsible for the collection of business market fees from 01.07.2026 to 30.06.2027. The reserve price for this contract is set at Rs. 3,000,000 and the earnest money required for participation is Rs. 300,000, which must be deposited in the form of a pay order or CDR in favor of the Assistant Commissioner Hazro.
Items being auctioned:
- Theka Wasooli Ijra Business Market Fees Hazro for the year 2026-27 (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,000,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 300,000)
The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect business market fees within the jurisdiction of Hazro Tehsil for the specified period. The successful contractor must comply with all relevant rules and regulations as per the Punjab Agricultural Marketing Regulatory Authority (PAMRA) Act 2016. Only those bidders who are not defaulters of any government department and have not been blacklisted are eligible to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
Bidders must submit their sealed bids along with the required earnest money by the deadline. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the auction committee and interested participants. The final approval will be subject to the competent authority.
