AUCTION: Lease Rights of Canteen at Municipal Committee Kaliyeh Bus Stand

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Kaliyeh invites sealed bids for the public auction of lease rights for the canteen located at the Kaliyeh Bus Stand for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 20-10-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Kaliyeh. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction to secure the lease for one year, with the possibility of renewal as per rules. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of the canteen at Kaliyeh Bus Stand (reserve price: Rs. 200,000 per annum, security deposit: Rs. 20,000) The successful bidder will be required to deposit the security amount and the first installment of the annual lease immediately after the auction. All participants must bring their original CNIC and NTN certificates. The canteen must be operated in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Committee, and the lessee will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and adhering to all municipal regulations. Any government taxes or levies will be borne by the lessee. Earnest money and security deposit must be submitted in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of the Municipal Committee Kaliyeh. Bidders are advised to inspect the canteen premises before the auction date to assess the facilities and location. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Submission deadline is 20-10-2026.
