Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and reputable firms or individuals for providing land acquisition consultancy services for the Quaid-e-Azam Business Park (QABP) project located in Sheikhupura. The scope of work involves assisting PIEDMC in the acquisition of land parcels required for the expansion and development of QABP, including all legal, technical, and administrative processes. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for land acquisition for QABP Sheikhupura - Preparation and verification of land ownership documents (Shajra-Aks, Malkiat-e-Fard) - Coordination with relevant government departments for mutation and transfer - Assistance in negotiations with landowners - Support in documentation and legal compliance for land transfer The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all land acquisition activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of Punjab. Firms or individuals must have prior experience in land acquisition, preferably for industrial or government projects, and should demonstrate a strong understanding of local land revenue and property transfer procedures. Valid registration with FBR and inclusion in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Interested parties must submit their EOIs along with company profile, relevant experience, and supporting documents to the PIEDMC Head Office at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore, no later than 15 days from the date of publication.
