NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Divisional Public School & College Faisalabad is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of its Main Canteen and Mini Canteen for the period from 2026 to 2029. This opportunity is open to experienced and reputable individuals or firms interested in operating canteen services within the school premises, located in Faisalabad. The auction will be conducted for the following canteen facilities:
- Main Canteen (lease reserve price: Rs. 10 Lakh per year)
- Mini Canteen (lease reserve price: Rs. 4 Lakh per year)
Both canteens are situated within the school campus and are expected to serve students, staff, and visitors. The successful bidder will be responsible for maintaining hygiene, quality, and service standards as per the institution's requirements. The lease period will commence from October 2026 and continue until September 2029, with a mandatory 10% annual increment in the lease amount.
Interested parties must submit their sealed bids along with a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000 and earnest money in the form of Pay Order or CDR in favor of Divisional Public School & College. The earnest money must be at least 10% of the annual reserve price for the respective canteen. Bids must be submitted to the office of the Principal, Divisional Public School & College Faisalabad, by 11:00 AM on 3rd October 2026. The auction will be held on the same day.
Applicants must have prior experience in running canteen or food service operations, and preference will be given to those with a proven track record. The canteen operator will be required to comply with all school rules and regulations, including quality control and pricing policies. For a competitive edge, bidders are advised to visit the school premises beforehand to assess the facilities and expected footfall, ensuring their bid reflects the true business potential.
