AUCTION: Canteen Lease Rights at Government Girls High School Haji Wala for 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Girls High School Haji Wala is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of its canteen for the academic year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at the school premises. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process for the opportunity to operate the school canteen for one year. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the school canteen at Government Girls High School Haji Wala for the period of one year (2026-27) The successful bidder will be granted exclusive rights to run the canteen within the school premises. The auction is open to all eligible individuals, and the highest bid will be considered for award, subject to fulfillment of all terms and conditions. The reserve price for the canteen lease is set at PKR 11,000. Bidders must deposit earnest money of PKR 1,000 in cash prior to the auction. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full lease amount within 15 days of the auction date. In case of failure to pay, the earnest money will be forfeited and the next highest bidder may be considered. All interested parties must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction. The canteen must be operated in accordance with the school's rules and hygiene standards. The school administration reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The deadline for finalizing the lease agreement is 6 November 2026. Tip: Arrive early on auction day to complete the earnest money deposit and registration process smoothly, as latecomers may not be allowed to participate.
