AUCTION: Canteen Lease Rights for Government Associate College Sahiwal Mandi 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Associate College for Women Sahiwal Mandi is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of its canteen for the financial year 2026-27. The auction is being conducted as per the approved policy of the Government of Punjab, and the canteen will be leased from 01.10.2026 to 31.05.2027. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction, which will be held on Thursday, 24.09.2026, at the college premises. In case of any unforeseen circumstances or lack of satisfactory bids, the auction may be repeated on 28.09.2026. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the college canteen for the period 01.10.2026 to 31.05.2027 To participate, bidders must submit a non-refundable earnest money of 5000 PKR in the form of a pay order or bank draft in the name of the Principal, Government Associate College for Women Sahiwal Mandi. The earnest money must be attached with the application for participation in the auction. Only those applications accompanied by the required earnest money will be considered valid for participation. The last date for submission of applications is 22.09.2026. The auction notice is also available on the PPRA website for further reference. Bidders are advised to visit the college office during working hours to obtain further details and review the terms and conditions. It is recommended to prepare all required documents and earnest money in advance to avoid any last-minute issues. Participation in the auction is subject to approval by the competent authority, and the highest bid will not necessarily be accepted if it does not meet the reserve price or other requirements.
