AUCTION: Parking Sites Lease Rights Vehari, Khanewal, Multan for 2027-28

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Council Multan is inviting bids for the lease rights of various parking sites for the financial year 2027-28. This open auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to operate and collect parking fees at designated locations in Multan and its vicinity. The auction will be conducted as per the Punjab Local Government (Auctioning of Collection Rights) Rules 2018, and all eligible participants are encouraged to review the terms and conditions carefully before participating. Items being auctioned: - General Bus Stand Vehari Parking Stand (101.26 kanal, reserve price: Rs. 7,99,200) - General Bus Stand Khanewal Parking Stand (125.5 kanal, reserve price: Rs. 5,80,500) - General Bus Stand Multan Parking Stand (30.36 kanal, reserve price: Rs. 27,83,700) - Rickshaw Stand Multan (reserve price: Rs. 2,22,700) Each parking site is offered for a one-year lease, and the successful bidder will be responsible for managing the site and collecting parking fees as per the approved rates. The auction will be held on 23 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Officer, Tehsil Council Multan. Interested parties must bring original CNIC and deposit earnest money as specified in the notice. Only those who fulfill the eligibility criteria, including submission of required documents and earnest money, will be allowed to participate. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. A practical tip for bidders: Arrive early on the auction day with all required documents and earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR to ensure your participation is not delayed or disqualified.
