AUCTION: Canteen Lease Rights for Government Graduate College for Women Shadbagh Lahore 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government Graduate College for Women Shadbagh Lahore invites sealed bids for the lease rights of the college canteen for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be held at the college premises on 5 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the opportunity to operate the canteen within the college campus. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the college canteen (Government Graduate College for Women Shadbagh Lahore) for the period of October/November 2026 to October/November 2027 The successful bidder will be granted the right to run the canteen and provide food and refreshments to students and staff as per college regulations. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the college committee, and the highest bid will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority. All participants must submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equivalent to 5% of the reserve price as earnest money, drawn in favor of the Principal, Government Graduate College for Women Shadbagh Lahore. The CDR must be attached with the application and will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. Eligibility criteria include submission of a written application, provision of a valid CNIC copy, two recent passport-size photographs, NTN certificate, and an affidavit confirming no previous default with the institution. The successful bidder will be required to sign an agreement and comply with all terms and conditions set by the college administration. The last date for submission of applications is 3 November 2026. The auction will be held on 5 November 2026 at 12:00 PM in the college conference room.
