The concession involves the following: Items being auctioned/leased: - Establish, operate and maintain a branded bakery shop on space measuring 488.07 sqft inside Domestic Arrival Lounge of Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi (Reserve Price: Rs. 441,441/- per month; License Period: Five years or till outsourcing of the Airport, whichever is earlier) The technical scope includes setting up, operating, and maintaining a bakery outlet in the specified area, ensuring compliance with airport commercial standards and passenger service requirements. The license period is five years, subject to earlier termination if the airport is outsourced. The reserve price is set at Rs. 441,441 per month, and the successful bidder will be required to pay this amount as the minimum monthly lease. Interested parties must purchase tender documents by 17-11-2026. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable). Bids must be submitted in sealed form at the Main Conference Room (Room No.6035), Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal, JIAP Karachi, by 18-11-2026 at 1500 hrs. The bid opening will take place at the same venue on 18-11-2026 at 1530 hrs.
