AUCTION: Canteen and Parking Stand Lease Rights for 2026-27 at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Rojhan

Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Rojhan is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction for the lease rights of the hospital canteen and parking stand for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the hospital premises on 15-09-2026 at 12:00 noon in the presence of the auction committee. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the hospital canteen (reserve price: Rs. 300000 per year) - Lease rights for the hospital parking stand (reserve price: Rs. 300000 per year) Both the canteen and parking stand will be auctioned together, and the successful bidder will be required to deposit earnest money of Rs. 30000 in the form of a pay order or CDR before the auction begins. The winning bidder must submit the full annual lease amount in advance and sign the agreement as per the hospital's terms and conditions. The lease period will commence from 01-10-2026 and continue until 30-09-2027. All interested parties must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit to participate in the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
