NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
District and Sessions Court Sheikhupura invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the lease rights of the court canteen for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the court premises in Sheikhupura on 11 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals or firms interested in operating a canteen within a high-traffic judicial facility.
Items being auctioned:
- Lease rights for the canteen at District and Sessions Court Sheikhupura (annual reserve price: Rs. 500,000)
The successful bidder will be granted the right to operate the canteen for one year, subject to compliance with all terms and conditions set by the court administration. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and submit earnest money of Rs. 50,000 in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of the District and Sessions Judge Sheikhupura.
