NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan Limited is offering for sale a prime commercial property located in F-7 Markaz, Islamabad. The property is a standalone building situated at Plot No. 6-A, Bhittai Road, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad. It comprises approximately 711 square yards of plot size and 15,193 square feet of built-up area across Ground, First, and Second floors. Items being auctioned: - F-7 Markaz Branch, Commercial Property, Plot No. 6-A, Bhittai Road, F-7 Markaz, Islamabad, 711 Sq. yd (Plot Size), 15,193 Sq. feet, Ground, First Floor, Second Floor - standalone building. The property will be sold on an 'As is Where is Basis'. Interested bidders must submit sealed offers on prescribed templates directly to the Head, Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES), Standard Chartered Bank (Pakistan) Limited, Head Office, Main I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi. Offers must be submitted during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, on or before the closing date of 25th September 2026. Bids must be accompanied by a pay order equivalent to 0.25% of the offer in favor of SCBPL as bid money, along with the offer letter and requisite supporting documents. Individual bidders must provide attested copies of CNIC and NTN certificates. For AOPs, Firms, or Companies, attested copies of Incorporation Certificate, NTN certificate, list of Directors/Partners, and latest Form A and Form 29 are required. Sealed bid envelopes will be opened by the bank within 3 working days of receiving the bids. Complete bids will be referred to the Board for approval, which may take up to 90 days. Unsuccessful bidders will be refunded their token amount within 120 days from the bid opening date. Successful bidders must sign the Agreement to Sell and deposit a further 9.75% of the offer bid price within 15 days of the decision. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid money and cancellation of the bid. The successful bidder may examine the title deeds at the bank's premises by appointment through M/s Savills Pakistan (Pvt) Limited. All expenses including registration charges, stamp duty, taxes, CVT, CDA, municipal and departmental charges, preparation of conveyance deed, and advocate fees shall be borne by the successful bidders. Sale deed execution will be done within 45 days of receipt of balance payment. Possession will be given only after full payment and execution of sale deed. Advance tax or any other applicable tax under Income Tax law will be recovered separately from successful bidders. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents and bid security are complete and submitted on time to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to allow time for any clarifications or corrections.
