AUCTION: Annual Lease Rights of Cattle Markets, Bus Stand, Parking and Fee Collection Sites 2026-27, District Council Sargodha

District Council Sargodha invites open public auction bids for the annual lease rights of various income-generating sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 31 August 2026 at 12:00 PM at the District Council office, Sargodha. Interested parties are encouraged to participate for the following sites: Items being auctioned: - Adda General Cattle Market Bhagtanwala (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,820,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 400,000) - Adda General Cattle Market Shahpur (Reserve Price: Rs. 700,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 70,000) - Adda General Cattle Market Shahpur City (Reserve Price: Rs. 150,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 15,000) - Adda General Cattle Market Sahiwal (Reserve Price: Rs. 165,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 17,000) - Adda General Cattle Market Silanwali (Reserve Price: Rs. 50,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 5,000) - Adda General Cattle Market Sargodha (Reserve Price: Rs. 30,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 3,000) - Adda General Cattle Market Chak Chhota Sharif (Reserve Price: Rs. 17,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 10,000) Each lot is offered for the period from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027. The successful bidder will be responsible for fee collection and management of the respective site as per the terms and conditions set by the District Council. Bidders must submit the required Earnest Money (CDR/Pay Order) along with their bid. Only those with valid NTN and tax compliance will be eligible. The auction is open to all, but blacklisted or defaulter parties are not allowed to participate. Bids must be submitted in person at the District Council Sargodha office before the auction time. The highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award, subject to approval by the competent authority.
