AUCTION: Canteen and Volleyball Court Lease Rights for Government Associate College for Women Shorkot Saidan Hafizabad 2026-27

Government Associate College for Women Shorkot Saidan Hafizabad invites sealed bids for the lease rights of the college canteen and volleyball court for the academic year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the approved policy of the Government of Punjab. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process, which will be held on 2026-10-16 at 11:00 AM at the college premises during office hours. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the college canteen (for the period 2026-10-17 to 2027-06-30) - Lease rights for the volleyball court (for the period 2026-10-17 to 2027-06-30) The successful bidder will be granted the right to operate the canteen and manage the volleyball court as per the terms and conditions set by the college administration. All interested bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs. 5,000 in the name of the Principal (through draft/pay order) along with a copy of their CNIC, which must be verified.
